Horse Nutrition Feeding Advice

Hello!

I am Zsófia Csonka and horses are in every segment of my life. We have had horses for about 20 years, I rode in the Children/Junior National Hungarian Team, I competed at the international level, and I am currently continuing equestrian activities in England. We are also engaged in breeding, raising foals, I also keep old horses, so my horse portfolio is very mixed. Actually, I started to care about horse feeding/ equine nutrition more seriously because in Hungary I never received fulfilling, knowledgeable answers to my equine nutritional questions - there are no expert Hungarian horse feeds on the market. My studies in England opened my eyes to many things, and the approach, science, and professionals here helped me to solve many problems regarding equine nutrition/feeding. Fortunately, I managed to build a good network of contacts internationally in the profession. I see that conscious horse feeding is still very rare in Hungary, both among hobby and professional horse owners.

I currently have a level 3 Equine Nutrition Diploma, TOCES Equine Physiology, Fitness, Training and Fitting certificate, Baileys Horse Knowledge Awards qualification, Equine Nutrition and Gastrointestinal Health (NBCAAM approved CE) certification and I am about to finish several years of college training leading to an Equine Nutrition diploma in England. I obtained a master's degree in MSc Strategic Entrepreneurship and Innovation from King's College and I also work as a management consultant.

I am constantly trying to expand my knowledge by attending conferences, courses, university seminars and I recommend everyone to read the latest research works of Kentucky Equine Research. My biggest goal is to help horse owners and athletes find the most optimal diet for their horses.

We have one goal: healthy and happy horses!
